Our conventional design of the base-and-lid setup structure includes two individual pieces. The upper lid which fits onto the deep bottom tray. The structure can either be full telescope lid that covers the total height of the bottom tray or a partial telescope lid, where a part of the bottom tray is left visible for easy access.

Neck and Shoulder Setup Boxes

The structures of neck and shoulder set-up designs include an inner collar that is inserted into the bottom tray and creates a visible shoulder portion. The upper lid closes against the exposed portion of the bottom neck, thus creating a smooth continuous outer profile.

Book-style Setup Boxes

The book-style setup structures incorporate the rigid bottom tray and outer cover, which is connected to the bottom tray through a hinge. The structures open up similar to the way a hardbound book opens up.
