The speed of production and delivery depends upon the time you finalize and upload your design artwork and the materials of your products. After that, when you approve the order, we send it to the press However, the process of production starts after we receive the payment. Once we receive the payment, which includes taxes, export fees, and supervision costs, we submit, review, and approve your order through our press department. The number of business days we need to print and prepare your order for shipment to the export company is already available on our website when you open the description of a certain order.
We take great care to correctly print and ship all orders. If something goes wrong during shipment, you may rest assured that it wasn't caused by Flick Pack. If you face delivery delay due to factors beyond Flick Pack's control, like severe weather conditions, shipping company holds, system problems, etc., you agree not to hold us responsible. However, accelerated fees will be refunded if the printing process is affected due to technical problems at Flick Pack.
You are liable to cover all costs associated with shipping, including duties, taxes, and other government charges. The onus is on the recipient to modify the shipment by every means required to pass through customs when delivering items out of the US.
Standard Turnaround Time
To ONE LOCATION PER ORDER in the boundaries of the United States:
- Flick Pack has a standard delivery time of 6-8 business days.
- We have a plan for 4 or 6 business days for expedited shipment with extra charges.
- Ground expedited shipping takes 2-3 business days with extra charges.
Shipping to distant space stations will cost additional charges. We do not assure you when you will receive your printed materials if there is any inconvenience by the delivery company. Plus, we are not blameworthy if you receive your parcel late, lost, destroyed, or stolen in transit. Flick Pack is not responsible for any shipping-related issues by the side of delivering company. In case of any issues, you have 6 business days from the date of shipment to file a claim.
Wrong/Incomplete Address
Due to the submission of a wrong or invalid address by the client, the order will return back to us.
- You have the right to claim all changes in the address and request for the return back.
- These corrections will charge you extra for re-shipping the goods to the actual and right location.
