For this purpose, here is our Refund/Cancellation policy that will aid you in resolving all the problems you face. This policy is eligible for the orders you place at Flick Pack and all the legal privileges are strictly considered.
Refund or Return Policy
If you receive a faulty order or one that is not what you bought, please contact Flick Pack in the time of three business days. The reason is, everything from packaging to printing to shipping is customizable to your specifications during this time. If there was an error with your order or it was defective in some way, we apologize but won't issue a refund or credit. However, Flick Pack takes full responsibility for the unintended inconvenience. Within 7 business days of receiving the original order, you are free to request a reprint for free by sending digital images showing the flaw or by returning the full size of the original order at your own budget. Supplemental fees are non-refundable in order to ensure timely order delivery.
Cancellation Policy
Our entire site is shown in US Dollars (USD). You must use U.S. dollars when placing an order. Payment in full is necessary at the time of purchase on our site and must include all charges, shipping, taxes, and handling costs. We cannot begin your printing order or other services until we receive payment.
All orders placed through our website are subject to final customer approval (by digital or paper copy) before production. Once the customer approves the order, we transfer all the printing data to the press. After a customer approves a print job and we deliver it to the press, no changes are alterable to the products, job terms, or printing rotation time.
- You have 4 hours to cancel your order after you approve the order. A $25 fee or 6% of the entire order amount is deductible before the cancellation of such an order.
- You may cancel your orders up to 24 hours after placing the order. Cancellations of this nature will incur a fee equal to 50% of the total order price to compensate for time spent processing the order and administrative costs.
- After 24 hours, we are unable to ensure the cancellation of your order.
